Base pay range described by Cloud Decisions. This role is remote-first with occasional fully expensed customer visits to London. Up to £55,000 + on-call allowance + benefits. Active SC Clearance is required (Live, Active and ready to transfer).

I’m working with one of the UK's leading Azure Expert MSPs expanding their managed services team to support a critical public sector client.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing incidents, problems, and changes across Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Keeping infrastructure stable, secure, and performing at scale for a high-profile client.
• Supporting project delivery (around 20–30% of the role) when not focused on BAU.
• Working alongside Azure architects, project teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Joining the on-call rota (1 week in 3, light usage, ~£200/week allowance).

What they’re looking for

• Active SC Clearance (Live, Active and ready to transfer)
• 2–4 years’ experience in an Azure managed services team.
• Strong knowledge of Azure compute, storage, and infrastructure (IaaS), with some PaaS.
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server; Linux would be an added bonus.
• Comfortable with portal-based admin (“click ops”).
• Azure DevOps and IaC tools (Terraform/Bicep) would be a bonus but not mandatory.
• Ideally AZ-104 certified, or at that level in practice.
• Be part of an Azure Expert MSP delivering secure, enterprise-scale cloud services.
• Remote-first working, with occasional fully expensed customer visits.
