We are expanding our central engineering team and seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to support our clients across London and surrounding counties.What We OfferCompetitive salaryCompany car25 days of Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays (Holiday purchase scheme also available)Pension (up to 7% match)Life assurance (3x base salary)Employee assistance program, employee referral scheme, employee discounts including high street brands, cycle 2 work scheme and discount on Johnson Controls security productsEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyExtensive product and on-the-job/cross-training opportunitiesCareer development through structured career ladder programmesWhat You Will DoCarry out routine BMS service visits across multiple sitesRespond to callouts from the Maintenance Operations TeamComplete small works such as replacing BMS controllers, modules, sensors, or actuatorsReview site fault trackers and complete minor tasks where possiblePrepare clear and accurate site visit reports, including recommendationsAttend client meetings and maintain regular communication when requiredSupport client and supplier relationships for building improvementsWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience with BMS systems such as Easy IO, Delta, Tridium, Metasys or Distech ControlsWorking knowledge of control strategies and system operations (minimum two systems required)Experience with MCC panels and ability to interpret control panel wiring diagramsUnderstanding of networking protocols including LAN, Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet, and LonWorksStrong understanding of mechanical plant operation and controlDesire to learn and support new technologies and alternative control systemsConfident IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written communication skills and ability to produce timely reportsJoin our winning team and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard, and your work valued and respected.
