What am I looking for:
I am looking for a dynamic BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer who has a desire to learn, a great aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Tridium, Distech, Trend or Siemens PX. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge and you must have electrical qualifications.
Territory:
This role will require you to cover the Central Belt mainly on the M8 Corridor with occasional travel up to the Tayside region. You will be required to work on Commercial buildings, Banks, pharmaceutical labs, schools and universities in the area. You will be home based and fully mobile.
What the role requires
The role of BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
Pre planned maintenance
Reactive Breakdowns
Small Project Works
Software modifications
Graphic page modification and generation
Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing
Commissioning on upgrade projects up to £500K in value
What you can expect back:
Basic salary £45,000k - £50,000
Travel time paid at normal rate
Overtime
averaging around £5 -£10k per annum
X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays
Call out Rota 1 in 8 - £275 for each week and a minimum of 4 hours paid at x1.5 per call out
Car allowance of £6,800 pa or Company car
