About the Company

Role :

• Plan and execute vehicle-level testing for brake refinement (noise, vibration, harshness, performance, and feel).
• Lead palliative development and validation to resolve brake refinement issues.
• Collect, process, and interpret test data to support engineering decisions.
• Support test instrumentation setup (brake pressure sensors, accelerometers, microphones, etc.) and ensure data integrity.
• Drive issue identification and root cause analysis, working closely with Design, CAE, Suppliers, and Programme teams.
• Document and present test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of programme targets for brake refinement
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities for brake refinement methods and tools.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• Proven experience in Brakes Engineering / Vehicle Dynamics / Refinement within an OEM or Tier-1 environment.
• Strong understanding of Brakes NVH, performance, and longitudinal dynamics.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle testing, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
• Knowledge of palliative development and refinement countermeasures.
