    • Experience required…

    Essential:

  • A strong background in Bridge Engineering, Chartered or an aspiration to achieve CEng status.
  • UK experience within a public, private or third-sector UK-based client
  • Project Management and Design.
  • Checking and preparing structural assessment calculations.
  • Preparation of AIPs and technical reports.
  • Detailed design of highway structures and minor structural improvement schemes to rectify storm damage to culverts, road bridges, foot bridges and fords.
  • Preparation of Specifications, Bills of Quantity; Works and Site Information plus Designer’s Risk Assessments and Pre-Construction Information.
  • A full UK driving license.

    • Desirable:

  • Contract Management – NEC3 and NEC4
  • Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control preferable.
