Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Fabric Engineer on a 2 month contract, based in Leeds.

Role Summary

The Building Fabric Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the physical elements of a building’s structure and finishes. This includes general building maintenance and ensuring the premises are safe, functional, and well-presented.

Job Responsibilities:

* To provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service.

* To undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard

* To provide technical guidance, assistance and information to other members of the maintenance team

* To accept Authorised Person duties as defined within relevant HTM, appropriate to previous experience.

* To work with a high level of multi-skilling and flexibility, to be able to run a plant room.
