Role: Mechanical Multi Skilled Engineer Shift Pattern: Shifts 8 hour basis. Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Type: Permanent Trevett Services are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer on a permanent basis, to work in a Automotive Head Quarters, starting as soon as possible based in Epsom with one of the UK's leading Building Services company. Duties: * Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running. * Installation and modification of mechanical equipment. * Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues. * Operation and trouble shooting of mechanical systems including, AHU’s, FCU’s, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves and more. * Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status. Requirements: * Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment. * City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Mechanical/ Electrical. * Strong HVAC Knowlegde * Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management. * Experienced with working in a critical environment / data centre is ideal.
