Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer

We are currently recruiting a Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the South East of the UK. As the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining existing Schedulers using SharePoint lists and other SharePoint features for the UK functions.

Please note this is a contract for 10 hours per week, 6 months length. The role is remote and with very occasional site visits.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering, documenting, and developing SharePoint solutions and dashboards to meet business needs.

2. As the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, you will translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

3. As the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, you will provide technical assistance and cross-training to data and report end users.

4. As the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, you will perform duties with moderate supervision and respond to direction, managing priorities and adjusting quickly to changing priorities.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Analyst & SharePoint Solution Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience with SharePoint development and customisation.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with data ingestion and data transformation in Power BI (SQL, DAX, and M language).
