This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform complex data into actionable insights, directly supporting business operations and delivery teams. You will manage and optimize data pipelines, build and maintain data warehouses, and create visual dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help improve operational efficiency, support stakeholders with clean, structured datasets, and provide recommendations that drive business impact. Your work will directly influence how teams make data-driven decisions while supporting long-term growth and scalability.

Accountabilities

• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows to ensure accurate, reliable data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse marts and manage recurring data processes using Python, SQL, or workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Produce dashboards and reports using BI tools (AWS Quicksight preferred) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Support analysts and business teams with structured, clean datasets to enable informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality data outputs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, accuracy, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science roles.
• Strong experience building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
• Proficiency with AWS data platforms, ETL tools, APIs, and Redshift.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
• Experience with Python for data processing and analysis.
• Skilled in creating visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (AWS Quicksight preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a process-driven mindset.
