CAFM Platform Engineer In this role you ' ll take ownership of the CAFM system, shaping it with your ideas and expertise . You ' ll build close rela t ionsh i ps w i th software vendors , giving you access to advanced knowledge and influence ove r product development. There ' s also the chance to train and mentor others , shar i ng your skills and further establishing yourself as a subjec t matter expert. You 'll get full remote flexibility , only needing to attend one on-site meeting per month. If you prefer to be office based more often then that's down to yougiving you full control over your time, while still staying connected with the team/business. What you'll do

You ' ll manage the setup , configuration, installation and documentat i on of the CAFM system , ensuring it meets the needs of the business. You'll support mobilisation and demobil i sation activities , keeping everything running smoothl y .

Working with IT Business Partners , you ' ll help analyse requirements and provide tech n ica l specifications fo r changes . You ' ll also offer consultancy on areas like work order management , scheduling and repo r ting.

You ' ll handle patches and upgrades , deliver i ng them safely through the change process. You ' l l also ma i ntain test scripts and support testing for both functiona l and non-functional requ i rements .

Monitoring key processes , you ' ll ensure the system remains fully operat i ona l, with successful backups and prompt r esolution of any i ssues.

What you'll need

Experience delivering application support , including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Knowledge of CAFM systems within facilities management

At least 2 years ' experience with MRI Evolution
