Cisco Lead Engineer

A leading IT consultancy is looking to recruit a Cisco Lead Engineer, to lead a small team supporting a key end client in Luton and the South-west of England. You will be responsible for handling TOIP/Telephony and videoconferencing issues, project work and managing a small team.
Your role
Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
Management of local team and sharing of skills.
Your skills and experience
Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...)
Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
Good knowledge of SIP/H protocols and WAN/LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
Team Management/ People Skills.
Your certifications
