Description Role purpose: The holder of this role is a member of Server and Networks team responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery, development, and maintenance of on-premise networking services, with some overlap into cloud services (Azure, zScaler) The Server and Networks team is a core part of the organization's infrastructure function. Focusing primarily on on-premise networking and server hardware, there is also a strong responsibility within the team to manage the zScaler configuration across the organization. This organization is a cloud-first organization, there is also the potential for Azure networking configuration via Terraform. Reporting to the Server and Networks Manager, the role requires someone with good attention to detail who will work closely with the wider architecture, infrastructure, and security teams, to develop and deliver resilient and consistent server and network services as part of the organization's core business service. The Role holder is expected to be able to support the current networking infrastructure in our office and data centre environments and support the modernisation of this platform.
