Their work spans highways, drainage, earthworks, and public realm schemes, supporting both private and public sector clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team where you'll be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure to a variety of technical challenges and career development opportunities.
The Role
Design and deliver civil engineering works including highways, drainage, SuDS, earthworks, and external works. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Work with industry-standard design software (Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow, AutoCAD, PDS). Liaise with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies, and multidisciplinary design teams. Support planning submissions, including Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategies. Assist junior team members and contribute to maintaining technical quality standards. Attend site visits and support during construction phases.About You
Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng) or related discipline. Working towards Chartership (ICE or similar). Strong knowledge of drainage and highway design principles. Experience with Section 278, 38, and 104 agreements. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team. (Desirable) Experience with SuDS, flood risk, BIM, and construction methodologies.What's on Offer
