At SCP Infrastructure & Design, an RSK Group company, we’re looking for an ambitious Civil or Senior Engineer with a passion for Highways and Drainage to join our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading drawing production with precision, consistency, and excellence
• Providing technical guidance in your core area to inspire and support colleagues
• Planning and managing project resources to meet client deadlines
• Reviewing and improving outputs from peers to ensure quality
• Creating efficient calculations and designs adhering to modern standards
• Monitoring regulatory and design changes, promoting best practices

What We’re Looking For

You are a skilled engineer with experience in roads and sewer design, ready to manage complex projects. You will bring:

• Experience across sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial
• Strong report-writing skills (e.g., Drainage Strategy Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, O&M Manuals)
• A proactive attitude and confidence to lead independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
