Civil Engineer

Permanent, Full time (40 hours)

Location:

Preferred Northwest of England and Yorkshire. Remote working with frequent office and client sites visits.

What you'll be doing:

Develop concepts & detailed designs for the water industry. Management of workload, delivering projects to time and to budget. Maintain high levels of awareness of the implementation of changes in legislation. •Identify business development opportunities. Prepare financial and technical proposals for project opportunities. Co-ordination with multidisciplinary teams working on the projects and site team. Client and stakeholder interface. What you'll bring:

A general understanding of water and sewage treatment processes and the as-sociated equipment/system requirements. Experience in drainage design including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS). Competence in the use of AutoCAD A natural curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines. Hydraulic modelling - preferably Causeway Flow or Microdrainage. Competence in the use of Civil3D. What we can offer you:
