OverviewInfrastructure Engineer – NorthamptonshireMy client is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Civil Engineering team.You’ll be working on highways, drainage and external works design across a wide range of projects, from new builds to refurbishments, for both public and private sector clients.The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work within a supportive, flexible environment where you’ll manage your own workload and be encouraged to contribute ideas to help shape the business.What you’ll be doingDesigning roads, drainage and external works including S38, S278 and S104 schemes, and preparing technical specificationsLiaising with clients, project teams and contractors to ensure successful deliveryMentoring junior engineers and promoting best practice within the design officeManaging your own portfolio of projects with strong project management skillsWhat they’re looking forExcellent communication skills with the confidence to represent the company professionallyProficiency in AutoCAD, Ground Modelling, Flow and WinDes (Civils 3D, Site 3D, Revit and experience in FRA or Transport Planning would be an advantage)A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamDetermination to progress your career and support the ongoing development of the companyAn interest in embracing new technologies – they are forward-thinking and actively use BIM in their designsWhat’s on OfferFlexible, Hybrid working (One mandatory day in the office)Competitive salary and benefits packageExposure to large scale, high value projects across a range of sectorsOpportunity to work with a forward thinking consultancy with a strong project pipelinePlease reach out if this could be of interest! #J-18808-Ljbffr
