Civil & Structural Engineer
Our client is currently looking for a Civil & Structural Engineer to come in and lead a team across multiple projects; the role is a permanent position that would be offering hybrid working after a probationary period. The role is offering a negotiable salary as well as other perks.
Role:
* Lead civil and structural design projects across multiple sectors
* Produce calculations, reports, and coordinate designers
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
* Mentor junior engineers and grow departmental capability
* Support business development and strategic growth
Prerequisite:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
* 5+ years' post-graduate design experience (industrial sectors )
* Proficiency with STAAD, Tekla, or similar software
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Chartered or working toward chartered status (ICE / IStructE)
The right to work must already be established as well as candidates will have to be eligible for security clearance
