Azure Technical Administrator

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (1 day/week onsite)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: up to £60,000 + Benefits

Aglobal law firmis seeking an experienced Azure Technical Administrator to join their International Operations IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions, supporting thousands of colleagues in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 support across Azure services including IAAS, PAAS, Terraform, Containers, Azure DevOps, and security.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance Terraform scripts to meet evolving business needs.
  • Automate workflows using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud performance, availability, and reliability issues.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards using Azure policies, roles, and permissions.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours major incidents.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Azure administration or engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, Networking, WAF, Logic Apps, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD/version control tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices (Azure Security Center, Key Vault).
  • Relevant Azure certifications are a plus (Administrator, Developer, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect).
