Drive DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security best practices with onshore and offshore teams. Manage and optimize AWS environments, leveraging services like CloudWatch, Kubernetes, and GuardDuty. Lead cloud operations projects, ensuring proper design and operational resilience. Review and recommend AWS-related changes, coordinating between development and infrastructure teams. Maintain operational alignment with ITIL standards and audit/compliance requirements. Support SaaS applications like Salesforce, Mambu, Glia, and Nice Actimize. Work with support teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications: Extensive experience managing AWS services (e.g., CloudWatch, Kubernetes, Route53). Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and Jenkins. Strong Microsoft 365 Global Administration skills, with a focus on security and compliance. Solid understanding of ITIL principles, managing lifecycle processes. Some financial services experience, with knowledge of Banking SaaS applications a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
