*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Planned Preventative Maintenance of Commercial Heating and Hot Water Appliances * Reactive Repairs and Breakdowns * Working as part of a close and supportive team * Comply with statutory Health and Safety requirements

*SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:* * Experience in Commercial Reactive Repairs and PPM * Relevant Commercial Gas Safe Qualifications * Highly Motivated and Customer Focused * Full UK Driving Licence

Current Gas Safe registration both Domestic & Commercial Preferential

CCN1,CENWAT,CKR1,HTR1,CIGA1,CoDNC01,ICPN1,TPCP1

LPG, Catering & FGAS an advantage

IPAF & PASMA an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary dependent on experience

Standard 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, full travel paid with overtime opportunities.

20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays paid
