We are seeking a skilled and experiencedCommercial Gas Engineerto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems across a variety of sites. This role requires a strong understanding of gas safety regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair commercial gas appliances and systems. Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. Ensure compliance with current gas safety legislation and company standards. Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately. Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure work is completed efficiently. Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs (if applicable). Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed. Form part of the out of hours call out rota attend emergency repair works as required. Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives. To source and provide required information for quotes To liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client

Skills & Experience:

Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities. Demonstrated expertise in commercial facilities maintenance. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation. Strong fault-finding experience is essential in this role, and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional plant equipment right through to more modern systems To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner Previous experience carrying out our planned and reactive works in a similar role. Specific Qualifications

Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1). Proven experience in commercial gas engineering. Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and procedures. Full UK driving licence.
