Overview

Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider - London & Home Counties - £55,000 - £58,000 per annum. This is a mobile role covering London & Home Counties, working on a mix of commercial contracts including offices and high-end residential (mainly offices). CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties
• Reactive maintenance across the client portfolio of properties
• Self-delivery of smaller installations
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
• Diagnose and identify faults and failures within equipment
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
• Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships

Requirements

• Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, F-gas)
• Client facing
• Full driving license

Hours & Package

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 1 in 8 callout
• Salary range £55,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
