Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the UK, are seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team, due to ongoing growth.

The commercial gas engineer will be carrying out servicing and repairs, of commercial heating systems across a range of commercial sites, including prisons, educational buildings and government sites. The commercial gas engineer, will be covering around the Lancashire area, so the engineer must be based in or within patch. The commercial gas engineer must hold, in date, ACS commercial gas qualifications.

As this role will involve working in prison environments, the commercial gas engineer must be able to pass security checks / DBS.

Commercial Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits * Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. * Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch). * Travel paid after 30mins each way * Overtime at enhanced rates (up to 1.82x basic rate) * 1 in 7 weeks call out rota * Company van and fuel card. * Annual Bonus: Discretionary, based on business and individual performance after 12 months of service. * Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Death in Service Insurance: 3x annual salary. * Enhanced Sick Pay: 4 weeks full pay after 7 days of sickness (post-probation). * Tools & Equipment: Mobile phone, tablet, and specialist tools provided.
