Commercial Gas Service Engineer

*Hayman Mechanical Services Ltd *is a reputable commercial / industrial heating company providing all types of mechanical services from planned and reactive maintenance to refurbishment schemes and new installations.

We are currently looking for suitable gas service engineers to join our growing team to work in the commercial / retail sector.

*Role expectations*

1. Attending reactive breakdowns and diagnosing faults on gas fired appliances and associated ancillary plant

2. Subsequent repairs to the same

3. Planned servicing of gas appliances and gas testing

4. Completion of gas safety documentation

*Our offer*

1. Competitive rate of pay - full time role 40 hours p/w with an OTE of circa £45k + inc overtime and call out bonus

2. 28 days holiday including bank holidays

*Required skills and certification*

1. Commercial ACS certification

2. Domestic ACS certification (not essential)

3. Experience on oil fired equipment (not essential)

4. Driving licence

5. Other trade related certification desirable but not essential; IPAF, PASMA, CSCS etc.

6. Good communication skills

Applicant should have previous experience in the maintenance and breakdown of commercial heating equipment and be competent in the completion of related documentation
