Compliance Engineer

A Compliance and Regulatory Engineer, qualified to Degree level and with experience of working within a manufacturing / quality environment, will support the research on product compliance for a range of Electronic, Electrical and Mechanical products.
Working as part of a dedicated team, the successful Compliance Engineer will ensure all legislative requirements are met, product documentation is legally sound as well as responding to technical queries.
A future part of the role will include internal auditing, carrying out audits under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 – previous exposure is highly beneficial or training can be given.
Requirements for this Compliance / Regulatory Engineer role include:
* A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
* Internal Auditor experience or exposure to Quality standards.
* Experience of Regulatory Compliance, Standards and EU Directives within Engineering.
This role is fully office based with occasional travel to Europe...
