Immediate / ASAP Spectrum IT are working with a Havant-based client to recruit a Contract 1st Line IT Support Engineer. This is an onsite role providing front-line IT support to users, with a particular focus on maintaining and supporting a 3rd party booking application used by field service engineers to log and track their work. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st Line IT Support to local and remote users Manage Active Directory administration including account unlocks and password resets Support and maintain a 3rd party booking application used by service engineers Handle day-to-day service desk tickets, logging, updating, and closing requests in a timely manner Escalate issues when required, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Deliver professional, customer-focused IT support onsite Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a 1st Line IT Support or Service Desk role Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration Familiarity with supporting business applications and software tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Additional Information: Fully onsite role based in Havant, Hampshire Small company IR35 exemption applies Interviews will be a single stage and immediate availability is preferred Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
