This is an INSIDE IR35 role with engagement via Umbrella Company Only and requires you to be onsite 5 days per week. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong 1st line hardware BAU break/fix experience, excellent service desk skills, and a solid grasp of endpoint management tools.

Key Skills & Responsibilities Provide break/fix hardware support across a wide variety of devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, and telephony. Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to resolve BAU hardware-related issues efficiently. Endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, ME MDM, Microsoft Entra, Datto RMM for device monitoring and troubleshooting.
