Job Description:

TrueNorth is exclusively recruiting for a Contract M365 / O365 / Level 3 Engineer for a client based in Watford.

This role focuses on clearing an existing backlog of tickets within the Digital Workspace area, as well as executing key tactical projects such as a tenancy migration and a Windows 10 to 11 upgrade globally. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role, requiring candidates with prior experience in operational support rather than just design and deployment.

Key skills and experience required:

• Core M365 suite
• Teams
• End User Computing (EUC)
• Advanced technical support

Highly Beneficial:

• Windows 10 to 11 migration
• Scripting experience
• SharePoint

The initial contract is for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension. The role is outside IR35.

Due to the nature of the role and the evolving onsite/remote requirements, candidates should be able to work 2-3 days per week onsite in Watford initially, decreasing to approximately 2 visits per month once settled into the role.

The daily rate is approximately £375 - £400, depending on experience. The role requires availability to start immediately or within up to 2 weeks for the right candidate.
