Overview

Due to expansion, a family-owned Engineering business is looking for a Control System Engineer to join their team at an exciting time of growth. The role will include travel within the UK and overseas and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle, along with a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Rockwell RSLogix5000 (or similar software), PLC, HMI and Motion control. The candidate will also be capable of Electrical Design with EPlan and AutoCAD.
• Full Electrical Control Panel Assembly including backplate layout and drilling, cutting trunking, cable labeling and wiring/testing.
• Travel worldwide up to 2 weeks at a time to support the installation of new machine designs on site.
• Support career progression and development within the role; understand and apply Machine Safety to a range of standards.

• HND Experience - Beneficial
• Food Industry Experience - Beneficial

• Sick Pay two weeks half pay in tandem with SSP, in any rolling 12-month period.
• Site Pay £65 p/day up to £100 p/day.
