The Controls Engineer will be tasked to ensure that the manufacturing facility runs smoothly and working within the engineering team to provide high level knowledge and experience of automated systems and control processes used in operations.Key responsibilities of the Controls Engineer role:Design & Program: Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation systems.Troubleshoot & Optimize: Analyse control systems to identify issues and implement improvements.Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.The ideal candidate / Controls Engineer may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred)Strong experience in PLC programming & HMI developmentPrevious experience working with Siemens or B&R desirablePrevious experience working as a Controls / Automation EngineerCommutable from: Leominster, Ludlow, Hereford, Ledbury, Worcester and surrounding areas.If you are interested in the Controls Engineer role, please apply immediately due to the urgency of this role.About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
