Pearl Windows New Build provides on site supply and installation services to all of the major housebuilders across the North of England including Barratts, Taylor Wimpey, Vistry, Bloor Homes and many more.
*The Role*
We are looking for someone to join Pearl Window New Build to carry out remedial/defect and warranty works to PVCu French doors, windows, composite doors and bi-folding doors, working with both occupied properties and also on new build developments to carry out remedial repairs. You must also be able to carry out commission checks to inspect the windows/doors installation and resolve any post install remedials prior to customer handover and also accurately record your own survey/job reports to return to the office.
Given the locations of the sites you would service, you would need to reside in the South Yorkshire area ideally Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster areas.
*About You*
Must hold a valid driving licence for transport between sites
Must have a valid CSCS card to be able to get onto sites
3+ years experience in PVCu windows/doors and their installation/remedial resolution
Installation experience working within new build developments

Company van and fuel card is provided
28 days annual leave
Competitive salary dependent on experience
Salary is £30k to £35k DOE
