Data Engineer - North Lincolnshire - £40,000 + Bonus - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data flows smoothly and reliably across the business.
• Hands-on work with monitoring and security tooling (e.g., Datadog or CloudWatch) to maintain performance and efficiency.
• Write clean Python code and work with SQL; collaborate with analysts and engineers.
• Support AI initiatives by helping to build infrastructure for training and deploying large language models and integrating them into real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Engineering with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with data tooling such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience in Agile teams; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest or experience in data governance and automation.

Location & Working Pattern

This is a hybrid role, with three days a week spent in their North Lincolnshire office, and the rest working from home.
