They are seeking a proactive Junior Python Data Developer/Engineer to join our small, agile team. Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

As the trusted sustainability partner for top-tier investors, they provide comprehensive ESG solutions at portfolio level for sophisticated Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Insurance companies, and Asset Owners across the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end technical functions across diverse ESG data projects
• Collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team on varied sustainability initiatives
• Take ownership of technical solutions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Gain unique exposure to ESG data processing and financial services technology

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python (particularly Pandas)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Data engineering/development experience (1+ year)

Experience:

• Previous work in small team environments
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• Proven track record in data development projects
• Knowledge of ESG data and sustainability metrics
• Previous experience in financial services
• Familiarity with investment industry data workflows
