Are you a Data Engineer ready to design and build reliable data pipelines?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Engineer to join our hybrid-working team in London. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and usable, helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

You’ll be working across multiple data sources and systems, designing and maintaining data pipelines, and collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver trusted datasets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, troubleshooting complex data issues, and turning raw information into usable insights.

In this role, you’ll:

Build, test, and maintain reliable data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flow

Develop ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources (including events, systems, publishers, and vendors)

Optimise data processes for scalability, performance, and reliability

Work closely with analytics and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions that drive impact

Document data pipelines, processes, and architecture for transparency and long-term maintainability

Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building, maintaining, and optimising ETL workflows or data pipelines
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data modelling principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Luigi)
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, or data security practices
