As a DC Services Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in responding to clients within agreed SLA. Your key responsibilities include delivering intelligent remote hands for clients and other teams, deploying solutions according to project plans, and providing expert cabling support. You will manage incoming requests effectively, while maintaining the highest service quality within the data centre. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot hardware faults, install and decommission equipment, and ensure smooth operations through effective stock control and record maintenance. This role will require collaboration with third-party suppliers, adherence to stringent security protocols, and management of ticketing and requests to ensure timely resolutions. Flexibility and cooperation with the DC and operational teams are key to achieving our high standards of service. Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least GCSE level, or equivalent, in English and have a passion for providing stellar customer service in IT or a related industry. If you have experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, the ability to work well under pressure, and a solid understanding of software and operating systems, we want you on our team! Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and a keen interest in technology are essential. Additionally, having your own vehicle and a full UK drivers license will be crucial for this role.
