Design / Civil Engineer – Staffordshire

Up to £60K + car allowance + bonus


We’re looking for a talented Design/Civil Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading privately-owned housebuilders. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments, from design and procurement through to site support and cost management. ✅ What you’ll do:

  • Oversee engineering designs and liaise with consultants & subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with highways & drainage agreements (S38, S104, S278)
  • Use AutoCAD, PDS, and MicroDrainage to produce technical designs
  • Manage budgets, valuations, and subcontractor contracts
  • Collaborate across Commercial & Technical teams


What we’re looking for:

  • HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience with a housebuilder or consultancy
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & design software
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
