You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Bristol Design Centre.As a Senior Staff Verification Engineer, you will take ownership of SystemVerilog UVM testbench development, tackle complex verification challenges, and contribute to the design and verification of next-generation products.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain SystemVerilog UVM testbenches, addressing complex technical challengesLead the development of new SV UVM verification componentsUnderstand and modify existing Specman-e testbenchesDebug failing test cases to identify and resolve root causeDefine and implement a functional coverage modelParticipate in code and testbench reviews to ensure quality and completeness.Provide verification input during design and concept reviewsEnsure all verification deliverables meet sign-off targets, including coverage, functional safety, and qualification requirementsDrive efficiency improvements across verification activities and proactively mitigate risksContribute to the enhancement of verification strategy and testbench architecture for IP-level designsRequired experience & skills:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline5+ years of experience in digital design verification, preferably at the IP level, using SystemVerilog UVMStrong proficiency in UVM, SVA, and SystemVerilogExperience in developing verification frameworks and environments.Proven track record of owning and delivering IP-level verification to defined metric targetsAbility to interpret complex design specifications and derive testbench architecture and features from conceptWhat’s on offer:You’ll join a company recognised for its innovation, technical excellence, and strong engineering culture.
