Overview
This role is focused on Cyber Security within the Corp Tech chapter to provide a proactive first line approach to continuous monitoring & investigation into unusual activity, and when required, to support the initial response to cyber events.Utilising expertise within the specific desktop capability to proactively identify areas for further 'protect' improvements (e.g. Process, configuration, tooling or control operation) and to participate in the virtual Cyber Security Improvements and Response Team to deliver the backlog of security improvements and initiatives on the roadmap.
Responsibilities
- User account management with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Building, deploying and the support of desktop computer and applications including Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Visual Basic script and PowerShell script creation (desirable only)
- Asset management
- SCCM knowledge

- Sound security understanding
