We value diverse experiences and perspectives, and are excited to see what you bring to the roleHere at Atlas Copco Deeside, we are looking for a Joining Development Engineer to join the Fastner Technology Team, responsible for testing and developing fastening solutions that shape the future of industries like automotive.Roles and responsibilitiesDelivering projects from concept through to launch in line with Atlas Copco’s lean-agile development process.Collaborate with global teams to identify opportunities, test new concepts, and co-develop customer-centric solutions.Investigate new materials, surface treatments, and process technologies to enhance product performance, quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to develop robust, scalable solutions for manufacturing, testing and application of fasteners and coatings.Promote a safe and sustainable working culture, following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.You will be part of an exciting, open environment which is designed to enable you to reach your potential.
