Our client is involved with the design and implementation of renewable energy generation (PV Solar, Wind Turbines and other forms of low carbon generation), battery storage systems, EV Charging, Energy and Carbon Trading. This is a new UK company but is composed of an experienced, specialist team working in the global renewable energy industries.

To work as development engineer in the field of engineering software to support IOT, control systems, controller hardware build and test. You will be involved in the development of hardware and software to support the monitoring and control of renewable energy generation, battery storage and EV Charging.

This will involve R&D activities as well as provided engineering technical supports on projects during design, commissioning and operation. This will involve global travel.

Experience can be around robotics, control, electrical engineering, software development.

A priority is a passion for technology and some knowledge of software development, ie python coding as a hobby.

Ideally we are looking for someone with up to two years experience after their education - but we are open to the right person. Salary 28k to 35k.
