We're recruiting a Development Engineer on behalf of a respected British manufacturer of design-led contract furniture , known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you'll manage product development projects from concept through to production , bringing new ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What Youll Do Lead the development and introduction of new products (NPD/NPI), from concept to launch. Manage project plans and deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes. Collaborate with teams across production, engineering, supply chain, finance, sustainability, and database management. Facilitate and document cross-functional meetings, tracking actions and timelines. Support technical delivery using CAD (2D/3D), supplier research, and production engineering. Champion improvements by introducing new tools and systems to enhance project visibility and execution. Present project updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
