We are seeking an experienced

DevOps Engineer

to join a leading financial services project based in Canary Wharf. This role will focus on

application CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerised environments

in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). INSIDE IR35 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment.

Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform and GCP base modules.

Drive best practices for container orchestration, security, and monitoring.

Collaborate with development teams to enable efficient and secure delivery pipelines.

Must-Have Skills Expert knowledge of Terraform

with proven experience in GCP base modules (GCP, PubSub, GKE, GCS, CloudSQL, BigQuery).

Strong experience in

CI/CD pipeline development

(GitOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker).

In-depth knowledge of

containers : Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Anthos Service Mesh.

Good-to-Have Skills Experience working with GCP and Google Cloud products.

Strong awareness of security considerations and integration of security tools within build pipelines.
