DevOps Engineer New Remote - United Kingdom
New Today
Intellum is the leader in corporate education technology and powers large learning programs globally. We value Curiosity, Creativity, Perseverance, and Kindness and invest in people with budgets for personal development and annual all-company retreats. We are growth-focused and remote-first, with team members worldwide.
The primary focus of the DevOps Engineer is to build, maintain, and monitor a virtual infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This includes writing custom software and scripts to solve operational problems, ensuring security, fault tolerance, good documentation, and proper backups. A successful candidate will have a strong automation mindset and minimize manual tasks.
This is a fully remote position. We can hire as employees in the United Kingdom (note: we are not currently equipped to sponsor the UK Skilled Worker visa). We are also open to candidates located in Spain, Austria, or Poland, or to engage through a contractor/vendor arrangement.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision, and able to drive tasks from start to finish. They communicate clearly, seek help when needed, and are comfortable making decisions within their areas of responsibility.
Attention to detail is important; when submitting your resume write the phrase “details matter” on the top.
