They are building a high-calibre technology team in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, creating an environment where exceptional engineers work on complex, high-impact initiatives closely linked to global markets and events.

What You'll Be Doing

Automating infrastructure and environments. Owning, managing, and maintaining Continuous Integration infrastructure. Developing monitoring and diagnostics solutions. Delivering automation solutions directly to end users. What We're Looking For

Strong skills in

PowerShell

or other scripting languages. Experience with

C#, Java, or Python

- ideally with prior development experience. Infrastructure as Code

expertise (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). Containerisation

with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. Monitoring experience with

ELK ,

Grafana , or similar tools. CI/CD

experience with TeamCity. Microsoft SQL Server. Windows and Linux administration skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Financial Services background is a plus, but not essential. Minimum 2:1 degree

in Computer Science (or related field)

from a Russell Group university . Nice to Have

Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, JIRA). Artifact storage (Artifactory). Octopus Deploy. Static analysis tools (SonarQube). Control-M. Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP). VMware (vSphere) and SAN experience. Why Join?
