The RoleAs a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to embed security into every stage of the software development lifecycle, ensuring our platforms remain resilient, compliant, and trusted by our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security best practices.Embed security controls, monitoring, and automation across the SDLC.Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and product teams to ensure secure design and deployment.Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modelling, and risk mitigation.Support compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.Proven experience working as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer in a cloud-first environment.Hands-on experience with AWS services and tooling.Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar).Strong understanding of security frameworks, controls, and monitoring in cloud environments.Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of compliance requirements in secure/public sector environments.Prior experience working within the UK public sector or highly regulated industries.SC clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits package.Opportunity to shape security practices within a fast-growing SaaS company.Professional development and certification support.A collaborative, mission-driven team environment.For more information, send your CV to P.bower@tenthrevolution.comSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
