*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites. * Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. * Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. * Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment. * Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site. * Maintain an organised inventory of tools and spare parts for efficient service operations.
*Requirements* * A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, ideally within the relevant industry. * Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally. * A valid driving licence is essential for travel to various sites. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
