The Heating Engineer will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing gas-fired boilers and full heating systems in both occupied and unoccupied properties. The role ensures compliance with client specifications and current gas regulations. Key Responsibilities

Service and commission gas boilers and heating systems

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or part replacements

Work independently and safely in client properties

Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience

ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1)

Full UK driving licence

CSCS card and asbestos awareness

Strong diagnostic and breakdown skills

Experience with full heating systems, including radiators and pipework

Must live within the Hertfordshire area

Salary & Benefits

Up to £17.50 per hour (£36,400 per year) 21 days holiday (increasing to 25 days with service), plus statutory holidays
