Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: London & Home Counties, HQ in Royston

They provide cutting-edge security solutions to commercial clients and social landlords, including the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, and Gate Automation Systems. We also manufacture and install bespoke security gates, barriers, and fencing, giving their clients the very best in perimeter protection.

About the Role:

The company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Door Entry Engineers to join our well-established team. Their broad client base consists of companies in the social housing sector, to the private sector, providing security solutions to housing and estates across London and surrounding areas.

You will be provided with a company vehicle, all equipment (except hand tools), mobile phone and uniform. Location of work will be London and the Home Counties with their office based in Royston which you will occasionally visit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a key member of our field team, you’ll be involved in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of:

•Door Entry Systems – From 1-way audio to multi-block, multi-door video systems
• Access Control – Standalone and networked IP systems, including GSM & 4G-enabled solutions
• CCTV – From traditional analogue to the latest high-resolution IP technology
• Automated Gates to BS EN 12453 (Training provided if you’re interested in expanding your skillset!)
• Automated Doors to BE EN 16005 (Fully training provided)

You’ll also conduct Planned Maintenance visits and offer technical support on systems where required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A problem-solver who can think outside the box
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Good organisational skills and time management
• Experience using electrical testing equipment
• Previous hands-on experience with access control, door entry, and/or CCTV systems is a must
