Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.What does it entail?Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drainsOperation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standardsCarrying out surveysProviding an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertiseAccurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and appsCommunicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always providedBeing part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
