Salary Ranges: Mid: £75,000—£85,000; Senior: £85,000—£120,000+

Responsibilities

As a DevOps or Cloud/SRE Engineer you’ll be embedded in secure environments, working directly with end users to ensure the operational integrity of mission-critical systems. You’ll be hands-on with:

• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar
• Containerisation with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Coding in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue desirable)
• Service reliability & fault resolution in high-stakes environments

Senior candidates will also provide technical leadership, shape delivery strategy, and mentor others—all while influencing systems that protect the nation.
